Implementation process

This is a service available to you as your account administrator to help with your Trakstar product or Platform. It is not mandatory but highly encouraged and recommended. In doing so, you will have a broader understanding of not only the product(s), but you’ll be set up based on best practices and inside knowledge that will help you successfully roll out to the rest of your organization. Let us help you!

Ask questions!

There are no bad, right, or wrong questions, and the more you ask, the better understanding we’ll have of how to help you, and increase your knowledge of the product(s).

Practice makes perfect!

We cannot encourage you ENOUGH to get into your Trakstar product and start playing around. We promise that the more time you spend, the more comfortable you will become! We also recommend pulling up Trakstar Academy or our helpful PDF Guides as you navigate through the system on dual screens. 

Time commitment and constraints

Please do not hesitate to let us know your time constraints. We know you are being pulled in a million different directions, and we are here to help you learn the system. We always want to be cognizant of your time while following our best practice of speed to value – getting you and your Team up and running and using Trakstar to simplify your life!

Stakeholders

Whether you are a team of one or many in your HR Department, others within your organization, like Managers and C-Suite, need to be a part of the process. That buy-in is critical for later using the system. During Implementation, we want to work with you to train you as the Administrator of your site. We have phenomenal resources available for you through Trakstar Academy, and you can use a specific Role Trak per product to provide training for the rest of your Team. 

All the Answers

We are here to train you, as the Administrator of your account. But that does not mean that you are expected to hold all the answers. We will provide you with all the tools and resources available to not only you, but your entire organization. And if anyone runs into any issues, they can reach out to the Customer Support Team.

Integrations

We are quite proud of our Integrations Team here at Trakstar! Even if you are still deciding about taking this next step with your HRIS system, let us introduce you to our Team, so you have all the information. This is separate from the Implementation and can be tackled at any time. 

Grow with Us

Implementation of Trakstar is meant to train you on best practices of using our products for continued success. We know that you might not be ready to use all of the tools available to you within the product, and that’s okay! We have many resources available to you after implementation is complete so that you can continue to grow and evolve with us!

You are NOT Alone

Implementation has wrapped up, and it’s time for us to introduce you to the Customer Support Team. That does not mean: 1) you are alone, 2) you can’t continue to ask questions, or 3) you will never receive any individualized help. In fact, it’s the opposite! Our Customer Support Team are real live human beings who are available Monday – Friday, 8 am to 8 pm EST, and answer in less than 30 minutes. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and fast. And most importantly, you are in GREAT hands. We promise!!

Trakstar Academy

Just because this one is the last one, doesn’t make it any less important. In fact, we might argue it might be the most important resource available to you and your Team. Let us train you, and your Team! We have specific Role Traks available for each product.
