Fairly often, you will see a notification go out – either on social media, within your Trakstar Learn, Hire, or Perform app, or in the newsletter – that Trakstar has new integrations. Sometimes, these integration names will catch your attention and other times, they won’t. Everyone uses different tools to make their jobs easier and more effective.
Each integration is an important and vital part of the Trakstar Platform experience. Let’s highlight the newest integrations and give you a little bit of background information about each one so that you can get a better understanding of these new offerings.

“Integrations” is a bit of an all-encompassing term, but for Trakstar, it is the connection of the data, applications, APIs, services, tools, HRIS, and devices across the Trakstar Platform, including Learn, Hire, and Perform.
Integrations are used to transform businesses. They allow greater efficiency and productivity, while still allowing you to use the tools you know and love. These connections are designed to make everything in your technology arsenal work together, increasing the value, providing new functionality, and connecting systems that complement each other.

If you are already a user of the Trakstar Platform and you want to know more about specific integrations or how to set them up, you can contact your account manager.
Trakstar Hire helps you build and maintain your best teams by integrating with ADP Workforce Now. Once you have found the perfect candidates to add to your team, this integration allows you to move them forward into your Human Resources Management system, including payroll, benefits, and more.
What does this mean for you? Imagine spending less time inputting the same data over and over again when you hire someone. Once you have hired that perfect candidate, you have to ensure that you can pay them. This connection between Trakstar Hire and Paylocity ensures that you can export all of the important candidate information right into the account.
Paylocity captures the most important information from Hire, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and hire dates.
What does this mean for you? Once again, this automates a process that once took a lot of time, effort, and attention to detail. The Paylocity integration looks every hour to find new hires and copy all of their information. Why so often? This information is constantly changing and getting it right is so vitally important.
When you pair Paylocity with Trakstar Hire, you have the ability to get the information your onboarding team needs quickly and accurately.

Trakstar gives you the ability to connect an SFTP (secure file transfer protocol) data feed directly from your HRIS to eliminate some of the manual work that needs to be done when updating users within a system. In Trakstar Learn, your HRIS will update nightly to ensure that your user data is up to date, in sync, and works across various time zones.
What does this mean for you? You will be spending more of your valuable time focusing on the things that matter most – teaching and empowering your employees to be the best they can be, while not having to worry whether they have access to the tools you are using to do so.
If your HRIS, or other source of truth, does not have a direct integration with our platform, SFTP can be a way to create the same level of efficiency as our other integrations.
