Bulk Editing Employee Information

Article Description: How to edit multiple employee records at the same time.

NOTE: These areas may be bulk-edited:

  • Groups (Department, Location, etc.)
  • Manager
  • Position
  • Next Review Due Date
  • Review Process

Step 1: As an Administrator. Check the box next to each employee you’d like to edit. Click Bulk Edit.

 

Step 2: Expand the corresponding section for the change you would like to make, make the change(s), then select Save. In this example, we’ve highlighted changing the Location in the Groups section.
