Step 1: Log in as Admin. Select the Settings tab from the Navigation Bar. Select Company from the pull-down menu.
2. Edit fields as desired. Below we have included a brief description of each setting.
Login Name refers to the organization name entered when logging in to Trakstar.
Full Name refers to the full name of the Organization.
Company Time Zone adjusts the time stamp across the company. Note that individual users can adjust their own time zones under My Info > Time Zone.
Locale refers to the time and date formatting of the company.
Company Logo refers to the logo represented on all Trakstar reports.
Email Notifications “Enabled” means Trakstar will begin sending auto-generated system reminders to Trakstar users.
Organization frequently enable email notifications after providing user training.
Email Notification From refers to the return address shown on the auto-generated system emails. This can be changed or customized. Additionally, an organization may need to alert IT/Systems Administrators so that Trakstar emails are not classified as SPAM.
Email Notifications Sent At determines when auto-generated emails are sent, whether during or after business hours.
Advanced Features refers to additional advanced features an Administrator can enable on their Trakstar site.
