Do you accept feature requests?
We love to hear from our customers regarding what features they’d find valuable, including new features, and tweaks to existing features. We encourage all ideas to be shared! We are always happy to pass along feature requests to our product team.

What information to provide:
Along with a detailed description of what you’d like to see added or updated in Trakstar, one of the most important pieces of information that you can include in your request is the ‘why’. By including why and how this new feature will help you and your organization be more successful, you help to ensure we fully understand the intended goal of your request.

What you can expect once you submit a request:
If a request you expressed interest is added to Trakstar, we will reach out to inform you of the update. While we will receive and review every request, we cannot make any promises about them making their way into Trakstar nor any possible timelines for consideration or inclusion. If your feature request does get added, we will be sure to reach out to you and let you know; however, we do not commit to providing any periodic updates on the status of a request once it’s been submitted.
