Re-Request an Employee’s Submitted Review

Article Description: How to re-request a submitted review from an employee. The review must be in scoring mode and the employee must already have submitted the review to their manager in order to re-request it.

When to Re-Request: If the employee prematurely submits their self-review, or if you feel that the employee needs to make adjustments to their ratings, comments, or answers, you are able to re-open the review for the employee to make their changes and re-submit. None of their work will be lost; they can pick back up where they left off. You will not be able to view your employee’s self-review again until they re-submit.

 

Step 1: Select the employee’s review from the manager home page.

 

 

 

Step 2:  In the Review Hub, select the ‘Self-Review’ tab in the timeline, and click on the ‘Re-request’ button to the left of the review.

 

 

Step 3: The review will then be re-opened for edits by the employee. Any previously entered information will still be intact.  After completing any edits, the employee will need to click Send to Manager again.
