Trakstar allows administrators to set up many different automatically generated emails. These emails can be edited to display any company-specific language, as well as changed to be sent when it is best for your organization.
Step 1: Select Settings: Emails
Step 2: To add a new Email click + Add Email or click Edit on an existing email. Note that General Emails and the Welcome Email cannot be restricted to specific Processes, but any other category of Email can be.
Step 3: Click Advanced to get a drop down list of your company’s processes.
Step 4: By default Trakstar will send the email to all review Processes and therefore all boxes will be checked. Uncheck the box next to any review Process to which this email does not apply. Save when done.
