Behavioral Competencies Glossary

How an employee goes about their job is just as important as the results they deliver. After all, organizations are successful when people with different skills work together and support each other.

However, performance evaluations too often focus strictly on results and not on the employee’s attitude, emotional intelligence, and other behaviors.

We here at Trakstar want to help you create an employee evaluation framework so we created this helpful glossary of behavioral competencies. You’ll find descriptions you can include on your evaluation forms as well as additional context outlining why each is important.
