We’re excited to announce that our performance management software that has been called Trakstar will now be rebranded to Trakstar Perform. This move opens up our branding to incorporate two additional tools, Trakstar Hire for applicant tracking and Trakstar Learn for employee learning management and creates the Trakstar talent management platform.
Now, more customers will have access to our industry leading performance management tools and our current customers will gain seamless connectivity to the very best in online learning management and applicant tracking products.
We’ve developed the new platform with our customers at the center. This new, integrated solution breaks down siloed processes and will allow you to build interconnected workflows with centralized user management, single sign on and deep integration to your payroll or HRIS system.
Nothing our current customers love about Trakstar Perform will change. Teams will still be able to access all the features that they count on to manage performance and engagement exactly the way that they always have. Instead, this rebranding is an important step in creating a cohesive employee and administrator experience within the Trakstar platform. It sets the stage for our next wave of innovative product enhancements in the coming quarters that will unlock new ways to take control of talent development at growing organizations.
